Las Vegas ! Again, for I know. Ready to share new things that are useful. You and your friends.Try and go to any Strip diners (even some outside the Strip); you will be exposed to some hard sale to keep you glued to the same resort for as long as you stay in this city. Some resorts offer this and others go even beyond this: they want you to stay glued to all their resorts by offering you to purchase a wrist-band which allows you to dine at all their establishments for just over 30 dollars plus taxes. The latter is certainly better value for money (but is it really?). Both have some drawbacks. Let's see the details.
What I said. It isn't the actual final outcome that the real about Las Vegas . You read this article for facts about that need to know is Las Vegas .How is 24 Hour Buffet Pass in Vegas - Details and Advice
We had a good read. For the benefit of yourself. Be sure to read to the end. I want you to get good knowledge from Las Vegas .The MGM group resorts (except for the beautiful and delicious Bellagio, of course) offer a one day binge for thirty dollars. Other smaller chains such as the Stratosphere (which is the cheapest 'eat all you want' diner on the Strip which however offers decent quality food) also offer a one day binge wristband. Basically, you show up at breakfast, buy the wristband (usually thirty dollars if you are talking about the MGM Group, or a whopping 34.99 if it's the Harrah's group), unless you are at the Stratosphere) and can go at their restaurant anytime during that day, even if it's just for a snack. The Excalibur lets you go without having to line up again and you can just show up for a cup of coffee, literally. If you consume much food and many beverages every day it may be worth it for you. We personally could not eat that much nor that long at the Excalibur, for example, because the dishes are below average in every aspect and limited in ranget. This is the case in many 'eat all you want' restaurants and, in our opinion, this day-binge wristband has lowered their standards throughout. Just a note here to highlight that the best 'all you want' restaurants, notably the Bellagio and (to a much lesser extent) the Wynn, do not offer this day wristband, for obvious reasons. Out of all the top restaurants that do offer this deal, the best ones are Treasure Island (in terms of quality but not in terms of range of dishes) and Cravings at the Mirage. The other 2 belong to the Harrah's group and they have another offer, which will be explained in the next paragraph.
The drawback is that it promotes eating until you drop - which is actually bad for you - and the fact that you end up in their restaurant for most of your stay rather than out and about enjoying this city. We cannot do it because we like to sample a variety of dishes and, if you are stuck to one restaurant only, you cannot do this. But, it may be for you if you eat 3 times a day and you don't mind eating at the same place. The other drawback is that - as we said - their food is usually less good than it used to be.
A different option is offered by the Harrah's group (they have also dropped in quality), which allow you to eat at any of their 7 all-you-want restaurants within a twenty-four-hour period, for a whopping thirty-five dollars plus taxes (and tips, of course). It's better in that you can at least go from restaurant to restaurant and sample a few. But, on the negative side, the Rio is not included (which is a shame because this huge diner offers some unique dishes) and, generally speaking, all their restaurants have decreased in quality and range of dishes since the introduction of this offer. The 2 good all-you-want restaurants where you will enjoy sampling several dishes are the Paris and the Spice Market at Planet Hollywood and, in our opinion, even here the some flavours have been sacrificed since the introduction of this offer.
But, with the Harrah's group, you can at least visit different restaurants; but you will have to line up each time so you can't pop in for a cup of coffee anytime you like. Again, not many of those are actually worth the visit.
We still prefer eating for less on the Strip, enjoying the best 'eat all you want' restaurants by using the coupons, the 5-dollars-off-per-person flyers and the 2-for-1 deals. There are many ways to EAT FOR LESS and really well in this great city!
